• Special package clients are not eligible for refunds.
• Clients requesting revisions cannot receive refunds.
• Lack of communication for over two weeks from project start voids refund eligibility.
• Refunds are granted following company policy.
• Hiring other companies for the project disqualifies clients from refunds.
• Refunds are issued if the creative brief lacks essential information.
• Complete design changes are non-refundable.
• Refund requests beyond the stipulated time frame are not considered.
• Business changes like closure or name changes do not qualify for refunds.
• Refunds are not provided for reasons like 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with a partner.'
• Specific service dissatisfaction in a bundle warrants a refund only for that service.
• No refunds are available after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Non-refundable services include Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
• Refunds are not processed once the client approves the website design for development.
• A money-back guarantee is applicable if initial designs are entirely rejected. Additional concepts or modifications incur a 33% deduction for costs incurred.

Nerotech Digital reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts. Clients relinquish all design rights after a refund, which becomes the property of Nerotech Digital.
